Ebben Bonner

Ebben Bonner is a character in Ilse Witch. He is First Minister of the Elven High Council during the reigns of Allardon and Kylen Elessedil. After Allardon is assassinated, Ebben is the nominal leader of the Elves before Kylen formally takes the throne.
