Owl

Owl, formerly known as Margaret, was a human female member of the Ghosts. Owl was bound to a wheelchair for her entire life due to a birth defect. When she was thought to be of no more use to those who lived at the compound in Safeco Field, she was brought by Tessa to Hawk, so she would have at least someplace to call home.
